Returns & Exchanges
As a pottery supplier, we understand that customer satisfaction is paramount. While we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our pieces, what matters most is that you are delighted with your purchase.

If you're not 100% satisfied with the performance, color, or quality of your product, we'll work with you to make it right. We offer a 30-day free returns and exchanges guarantee to ensure your complete satisfaction.
How It Works:

Contact Us: Simply contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery to initiate a return or exchange. We'll provide a return merchandise authorization (RMA) email and shipping label with further instructions.

Free Returns & Exchanges:
- For U.S. Customers: Returning an item costs you nothing. We cover both the inbound return and (for exchanges) outbound replacement item shipping costs. No restocking or handling fees!
- For International Customers: Unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs to the United States. We cover the outbound replacement item shipping costs with no restocking or handling fees.

Refunds:
- Orders with paid shipping are eligible for free returns and refunds, but the refund will not cover the original shipping charges. For example, if your order subtotal was $30 with $10 shipping, the initial charge would be $40, and the refund would be $30.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-15 business days after we receive the returned item.

Exchanges:
- For exchanges, if the new item is priced higher, we will contact you for the additional payment. If the new item is priced lower, we will refund the difference to your original form of payment.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
- Request an RMA: Contact us with your order number and whether you wish to return or exchange your items.
- Receive Instructions: We will send you an RMA email and a shipping label with detailed instructions for processing the return shipment.
- Prepare the Package: Send the items in the original packaging or suitable alternative packaging that is unmarked and appropriately sized/protected.
- Ship the Item: Place the printed shipping label on the package and drop it off at a designated carrier location (e.g., post office, UPS Store, FedEx drop box).
Please do not return any items without first receiving an RMA email, as we cannot process returns without prior authorization.
